Private Lessons

Private Lessons at Miami Conservatory of Music are offered in a wide array of instruments, beginner through advanced.  Some of our students take private lessons for the simple enjoyment of learning.  Others are determined to make a career out of music. It is never too early to start preparing for either magnet schools, college or university auditions, and MCM can provide training in all aspects of the process.

Our faculty members are professionals who love teaching and inspire their students. The length of the lesson depends on the student's age and level, and will vary between 30 min, 45 minute or one hour, once or more per week.

It is recommended that students have their own instrument (rented or owned) to practice at home and bring to lessons. Playing daily is important to progress.
