Coming From South

Head north on US 1, turn right at Grand Avenue. Straight ahead on Grand Avenue all the way till the end. At the stop sign, turn left on Mary Street. Then first left at Florida Avenue. The Miami Conservatory of Music (MCM) is at the first left corner with Rice Street, up the steps, on both sides of the fountain.

Coming From North

Take I-95 South, turn left at SW 27th Avenue. Stay on 27th Ave. and turn right at Tigertail Avenue. At the first stop sign, turn left on Mary Street. Then first right at Florida Avenue. The Miami Conservatory of Music (MCM) is at the first left corner with Rice Street, up the steps, on both sides of the fountain.

Street parking is available around the conservatory and in park garages like:
• Mayfair Garage on Florida Avenue (next to the conservatory)
• Mayfair Promenade Garage at 2911 Grand Avenue (next to the conservatory)

• Rice Street Parking (corner of Rice St. & Florida Ave. | across the conservatory)
• Grand Avenue Cocowalk Garage on Virginia Street (across Florida Avenue)
• Oak Avenue Parking Plaza at 2850 Oak Avenue (first 30mns are free).
